It has a yellow colour with green highlights and a sensory profile characterised by a medium fruitiness of green and ripe olives, with notes of other fruits, apple and wood.

DOLOMITES RED WINE. From the Monastrell variety in contact with the Mother Rock. Surprising This wine has the originality of the Monastrell strain found on the slopes of the Dolomite mountain.
