SARDINES IN SPICY OLIVE OIL. Spicy sardines covered in specially selected olive oil with a touch of chilli added. Approximately 16 to 20 pieces can be found in a can.
The starting point for their preparation is the selection of the best raw materials. Conservas Serrats acquires fresh sardines, small pieces of great quality. Cut, beheaded and cleaned by hand, the sardines are steamed and packed in olive oil and a touch of chilli is added. The time elapsed between the capture and the canning is minimal, thus guaranteeing a product that maintains all its richness and properties intact.
With their characteristic and intense smell and flavour, Serrats sardines stand out for their attractive silvery appearance and magnificent presentation: perfectly clean, shiny and tasty, with a soft and juicy texture. -

BONITO DEL NORTE IN ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL. The fusion of two excellent products from the sea and the land. The "Bonito del Norte" or "Thunnus Alalunga" caught in the waters of the Bay of Biscay during the summer season and using traditional fishing methods. Its intense sea flavour, its light flesh and its properties have made it, without a doubt, the king of tunas. Once the best specimens have been selected and the cooking process has gone through, the fish is prepared and packaged using traditional techniques. The skill and experience acquired over five generations is part of the Serrats secret to achieve the exceptional appearance and flavour, with tasty and appetising white flesh.
For the preparation, we use the bonito loins, cleaned and packaged by hand, to which we add Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This is olive oil brought to its highest quality in every sense. It is an oil with a truly special flavour and aroma, which comes from olives grown in compliance with the requirements of organic farming. The fusion of both flavours, that of the sea and that of the land, results in a truly delicious product! -
