DOLOMITES RED WINE. From Monastrell in contact with the Mother Rock. Surprising
DOLOMITES RED WINE. From Monastrell in contact with the Mother Rock. Surprising
This wine has the originality of the Monastrell strain found on the slopes of the Dolomite mountain. It is still made in the same way as the monks did on the estate, limiting intervention in the winery to a minimum and using the same tanks and amphorae that were used centuries ago.

Time of use
A wine to be enjoyed in the company of friends or special guests. Perfect to accompany red meats, stews, small game, eel dishes such as all i pebre, mild cheeses and sheep's milk cheeses. Ideal for after-dinner conversation and certain types of dessert thanks to its velvety and sweet "feel" on the palate. Cheers!

Bodega los Frailes
Casa los Frailes (Cals Frares) takes its name from the Jesuit friars who lived there from the 17th to the 18th century. This winery has belonged continuously to the Velázquez family, which is currently the 13th generation.
Pioneers in organic and biodynamic agriculture, they were certified in 2000. Their fresh, fluid and direct wines express the personality of the native Mediterranean varieties such as Garnacha Tintorera (Alicante Bouschet), Syrah, Marselan. -
