PEDRO XIMÉNEZ. An explosion of aromas in every sip.
PEDRO XIMÉNEZ. An explosion of aromas in every sip.
A classic of the Spanish winemaking tradition . An intense wine that surprises with the variety of aromas present. It is reminiscent of fig bread, with roasted flavours and also has flavours of cocoa and coffee. This PX produced by the San Pablo Winery is made with grapes from the Moriles estate (Córdoba), a 15-year-old vineyard located at 400 m above sea level. The harvest is carried out manually and the grapes are immediately spread out on land for dehydration. The wine is aged for 2 years in American Oak Casks before being marketed.
